    malo sam čitao, gledao i nešto iskombinirao plan mi je definicija, imam 183 cm i 81 kg, al imam dosta viška, salast trbuh i prsa, pa bi to što više smanjio..

    1.doručak - 1 mjerica wheya - 460 kcal, 24 p, 1 uh, 1 m
    - 100g zobenih - 347 kcal, 14 p, 65 uh, 6 m

    2.ručak - pileća prsa 200g - 220 kcal, 44 p, 0 uh, 0 m
    - 100g riže - 350 kcal, 7 p, 80 uh, 1 m

    3. međuobrok - oko 200g cijelih jaja - 320 kcal, 26 p, 2 uh, 22 m
    - riža 50g - 175 kcal, 3,5 p, 40 uh, 0,5 m

    4.obrok poslije treninga - 1mj wheya - 460 kcal, 24 p, 1 uh, 1 m + dekstroza 50 g - 180 kcal, 46 uh
    - 100g tuna - 300 kcal, 23 p, 0 uh, 20 m
    - riža 50g - 175 kcal, 3,5 p, 40 uh, 0,5 m

    5. večera - 200g posnog - 122 kcal, 24 p, 6 uh, 2 m
    - 50g kikiriki - 270 kcal, 12 p, 12 uh, 20 m

    kad se zbroji to bi izgledalo ovako: 3379 kcal, 205 p, 293 uh, 74 m
    jel to dovoljno, previše ili nešto treće?? ima li prijedloga ??

    Daleko sam od stručnjaka, ali, čini mi se da je tu malo previše riže...ja bih izbacila jedan dio riže, a u ubacila neko voće s doručkom. Kikiriki bih izbacila uopće i uopće u 5. obroku ne bih unosila UH - no ne znam koliko i što vježbas pa ono...velim daleko sam od stručnjaka...Sretno

      pa možda i je malo previše al opet treba uh prije i poslije treninga, možda najbolje smanjit rižu za ručak.. a za kikiriki, kažu treba malo dobrih masti za zadnji obrok, pa sam ju zato stavio :/ hvala, pomalo, bit će nešto valjda

          samo posni, al pošto nisam neki ljubitelj, stavim kikirikija u posni, da malo ublaži okus

            kazu da bi trebalo unositi 3/4 g po kg P na definiciji ..
            neznam jesi li gledao ubaciti kardio aktivnosti i taj UH s vremenom rezati ..

                nisam baš skužio ovo 3/4 g po kg P, bi li mi mogo obajsnit
                kardio sam mislio izjutra, ili ako ne stignem onda hiit trening jedan dan, sljedeći dan trening s utezima

                      To je mislio napisati 3 do 4 g proteina po tjelesnoj tezini. Znaci, imas 60kg unosis otprilike 180g P

                        i ako si broja P iz tipa: zobene, kikiriki, riža... to se ne broji

                          znači rižu smanjit, a povečat P
                          80kg x 3 = 240 p

                          računo sam sve, da.. onda mi još puno proteina fali :/

                            Ubaci whey između dorucka i rucka, kikiriki izbaci, UH smanji odmah, pa iz tjedna u tjedan smanjuj još...
