    e, ovako, došlo je do mogučnosti da promijenim malo prehranu, pa evo kako sam ja to zamislio
    (masa je u pitanju)

    oko 210 g P
    oko 100 g M
    ostalo UH

    ja sam računao da ću za početak unosit oko 3500 kalorija, pa ako ne bude pomaka dignit ću

    u grubo bi to bilo ovako nekako, kažem ovako nekako, jer postoji mogučnost da pojedem nešto drugo ali ću se držati unosa makrosa/kalorija koji sam zacrtao

    ovako je zamišljeno:
    piletina 400g, posni 500g, jaja 200g (4 srednja), 2 mjerice wheya -- oko 80+60+25+50=215 proteina i oko 30 g masti
    bademi 50g, kikiriki 100g (prženi slani) ili 200g kikirikija u ljusci -- oko 25+45 ili 30= 70-ak g masti

    ovo je negdje oko 570+390+320+240+310+620 (redom namirnice kako sam ih napisao) =2450 kalorija

    zobene 150g, riža 400g, banana 50g, grožđani 30g -- oko 85+110+10+25=230 ugljikohidrata , nekih 1200 kalorija

    raspoređeno po danu:

    whey, zobene, banana
    posni, riža/tjestenina
    piletina, riža/tjestenina, malo povrča
    whey, grožđani šečer
    piletina, riža/tjestenina, malo povrča
    jaja
    posni, bademi i/ili kikiriki


    ipak je na kraju nekig 3650 kalorija, neda se pogodit nikako, poludio od ovih brojeva, pa ako je nešto i krivo, recite

    ima iko ikakvih prijedloga, savjeta ili nešto ??

    lol ne treba ti toliko proteina....a mozes i UH smanjiti

    izmedju ostalog 230g UH = 920 kcals....tako da si tacno na onome sto si zacrtao

    If the connection to the facts aren’t made in more subtle ways, you might as well be telling a crackhead that drugs are bad for him and hoping he’ll quit since you’ve told him the truth. People follow feelings, not rational self-interest.

        pa kazem ti da mozes birati lol, na pocetku sam mislio da imas viska kalorija tu ali kao sto vidis iz racunice za UH ti si ustvari cak malo ispad tako da nema potreba ista smanjivati jel tako ?
