    obrok 1 - ubaci proteina....whey, bjelanjci.....
    obrok 2 - možeš i više jaja pojest slobodno 5-6 neće ti ništa bit
    obrok 4 - ako već moraš jest salamu onda uzmi delux pureću šunku ili dimcek
    u pwm ubaci UH....tjestenina, riža, kuhani krumpir.....
    obrok 7 - skupa sa posnim ubaci i orašaste plodove

      Uzimam dovoljno jaja nisam naveo sve zaboravio sam, uzimam i krompir i to sam zaboravio...jedino sto ne uzimam je whey ali uzece se sad isobolic nigde mi se ne zuri prvo sam to resio da probam...inace hvala na savetima pozz
