    tezina 79kg trenutno i jos se defkan

    jel valja ovo sta
    ovaj unos uh mi je na najteze dane treninga znaci na dane off 50g uh, srednje oko 100, najvise 140
    cardio 4x45
    treninzi 4x, circuit pull circuit push x2

        po meni je ok, jedino bi mogo iz 2. obroka izbacit masti i stavit same bjelanjke
        EDIT; u zadnji obrok mozes zutanjke ubacit

            sve oke , samo ti tamo nema 2500 kcal , 200g p , 140g uh, 50g M

            200 g P = 800 kcal
            140 g UH = 560 kcal
            50 g M = 450 kcal

            1810 kcal

              to san ja od oka napisa nisan racuna p uh itd. tocno vec samo kcal
              al opet moguce da san falia (?)
