    pa moze rekordi biti i u ponavljanjima

    ako za 2 sedmice uradi 150 x 7 na mrtvom i to je rekord valjda

        Ako radiš benč 75 - 4+10, to znači da ti imaš 110 *1 ladno...

        Čučanj imaš sigurno 120*1

        A DL imaš 160, bez razmišljanja...
        ovo sam napisao u serijama i koliko ponavljanja,nikad do sada nisam radio max jer sam uvijek sam u teretani pa mi rizicno

              ma to je neka mala teretana uplatis mjesecno i imas pristus 12h gazda je slabo kad tu,sledece sedmice cu ici sa drugom pa cu vidjet max

                    Neki od zadnjih zanimljivosti na treningu su cucanj 212.5kg x 7 i pauzirani cucanj 202.5kg x 3, remen i grijaci za koljena.

                              jel se spremas za neko posebno PL takmicenje ??

                              jel ti dozvoljeno tu da budes samo na prstima ? (mislim na bench)

                              i ja tako radim pa pitam... znam da u nekim federacijama moze a u nekim ne moze, right?

                                Ne spremam se za nikakvo natjecanje.
                                Svugdje mozes dizat glavu i bit na prstima, jedino u IPF-u moras imat glavu na klupi i puno stopalo na podu.
