      ma viđao sam taj dip belt po internetu, al nisam znao kako se zove al nemam ni to u gym-u, ima obični onaj.. nema veze, riješit ću nešto..

        ah nemam ni ja a nezz gdje bih mogao kupiti

        prosli put sam na dipseve stavio 50 kg..ne bude bas puno mjesta za 3 ploce izmedju mojih nogu, strah me da me nekako ne udari/pritegne nezgodno

          ja kad sam počeo radit phat, malo sam se podcijenio i s malo kila radio dipseve i svaki put dižem kilažu, sad sam na 25, i stavim bučicu između nogu, al kod tenisica, skroz dolje znači, i kako radim tako mi polako tene spadaju, pa ne znam šta će bit kad dignem još kilažu, a dizat ću, ide mi a i nestat će bučica hahahaha

            koja vježba bi mi mogla zamijeniti Hypertrophy shoulder movement: Upright rows, ne odgovara mi ova vježba, boli me rame kad ju radim

              upright rows je meni jedna od najgorih vjezbi, 0 bodova fakat

              radi neki rear delt movement, ili jedan pressing na masini ili tako

                nikad ju nisam volio, al reko sad ću ju radit, bar neko vrijeme, već kad je po programu, al nema šanse, ne mogu ni povečavat kilažu, jer mi je neugodno za rame.
                Sad ću ovako: sjedeći potisak za ramena šipkom, odručenje, letenje u pretkolu za zadnje rame, i još trapez, mislim da je to dosta, a ?

                    palo mi na pamet da probam stavit uteg u torbak i na leđa i tako radim dipseve, zgibove, al opet ne znam kolko če to torbak izdržat :/

                            baš ću probat nać nešto takvo, i popričat s vlasnikom gym-a, jer nisam jedini koji radi s opterečenjem, a puno znači prava oprema, pogotovo s većim kilažama

                              Evo cisto kako sam ja sebi rijesio problem za opterecenje na dipsevima i zgibovima-jeftino i praktično
                              cca 3m crne trake širine 4cm iz pevec/Baumax i cca 1,5m sirine 2 cm
                              presavio napola tako da sam dobio dvostruku traku duzine 1.5m i širine 4cm i drugu traku duzine cca 75cm i širine 2cm i tako odnio krojačici da mi s debljim koncem napravi poprijeko šavove svakih cca 10-15 cm na presavijenim trakama.
                              i još fale 2 gambeta
                              -užu traku provucem kroz utege i gore kroz rupe (koje su nastale presavijanjem i šivanjem trake) zakačim 1.gambet
                              Šira traka ide oko struka i kači se gambetom. Sad prvi gambet na kojem visi uteg kacis za ovaj sto je na struku i to je to.
                              Ja sam radio dipseve s max 40 kg bez ikakvih problema- traka ne zulja ako se dobro namjesti, sve je cvrsto i moze se podesavat kako kome odgovara.

                                danas radio noge hipertrofija: prednji čučanj, hak čučanj, mrtvo dizanje, ekstenzija, zadnja loža, listovi

                                ubacio sam si mrtvo dizanje, izbacio hodajući iskorak i mrtvo s ravnim nogama, te vježbe imam u power lower danu svejedno. dosada sam radio mrtvo s manjom kilažom, malo radi forme, danas prvi put maxirao (možda i nije max bio, al nisam htio dalje ić), i mogu reć dobar osjećaj (iako nije neka kilaža bila, al nije to bitno ), ne znam kakva je forma bila na maxu, nadam se zadovoljavajuća.

                                nema baš puno ljudi da radi mrtvo, tamo di ja idem, čak ni prednji ili bilo kakav normalan čučanj, ima nekih polu-polu-čučnjeva, tako da nitko to ni ne prati i daje savjete, kao npr kad netko radi biceps ili trapez, odma ima uleta, ovako češ bolje pogodit mišić itd..
