Zanimaju me vasa misljenja i metode po kojim trenirate... do sada sam isao klasicni split 4-5x tjedno a sad me zanima PHAT i neki kazu da su imali izvanredne rezultate na 3x full body ( samo slozene vjezbe s 1-2 izolacije po treningu ).. pa onako za šta ste vi koje su prednosti koje su mane zašto da zašto ne i tako :P?

Po meni ako si pocetnik najbolje je 3x tjedno full body da podignes liftove i onda se mozes lagano prebacit na PHAT.
Ja cu sad do 15.06 full body il nekakav split i onda prelazim na PHAT.I may not be there yet, but i'm closer than I was yesterday!

DL ne radim na cestoj bazi jer nemam fleksibilnosti jos u lozama i donjim ledima pa su treneri savjetovali da jos ne radim al tu i tamo plesnem sumo sa nekih 100injak x8-10

nemoj misliti da sam te pitao ovo jer me zanima nesto puno sta dizes, nego da zakljucim da nisi pocetnik (bravo )
stigao si/blizu si tu gdje 3x full body (vjerovatno, daj Boze da se varam)nece moci uroditi ploda kao podjela s vise volumena/izolacije i nelinearnim napredovanjem sto se tice prog. overloada
to znaci da si hajmo reci ''spreman'' za PHAT, push/pull/legs, upper/lower, 5/3/1 (od ovih ti sad ne mogu reci koji je najbolji za tebe, ali oko osnova ovih programa bi se to trebalo vrtiti) treninge u koje ces ukljuciti dane snage i hipertrofije naizmjenicno

hmm pitam ovo zato šta lik u teretani onako ima ga i ide jedno 3-4g u teretanu e pa on mi kaze da se jebava puno sa tim splitevima i kad je prova Full body compound treninge da je buknia naglo noge kilaza sve. ^^ e pa on mi je preporucio da provam tako Full body radit ... sad planiram u svakom slucaju sa Klasicnog splita prijec na PHAT ili FULL BODY pa me zanimaju sad prednosti i mane odnosno sta ti mislis sta je bolje za mene s obzirom na moj staž i godine etc.. ?

pa nisi mi ni rekao koliko imas godina
ako nikad nisi radio, probaj full body, 3x sedmicno ili ti ga svaka 48 sata...mozda je cak i najbolje sad za sad, ali razlika je u tome sto pravi pocetnik to moze furati 5-6 mjeseci i imati najbolje rezultate i uz suficit i prog. overload imati zagarantovane misice dok ce kod tebe najvjerovatnije to puno krace trajati, i puno brze ces poceti ne napredovati vise sa ponavljanjima/kilazama ali eto, kako god okrenes ako se bacis sa 1x sedmicno slpit na full-body trebao bi da dobijes dobre rezultate

nedvano navršenih 17 :P mislin da cu se odlucit za provedbu 3x full body sad jos vidit sa likom iz teretane kakav bi mi on plan treninga slozia al evo ako ti imas na umu nekakav plan koji savjetujes za 3x fb ?
