    stomak: 3 vjezbe ukupno 9 serija
    bench rad na formi 5-6 serija
    15 minuta HIIT kardio




    ...nisam mogao kuci sjediti 2 dana za redom, ugl. sutra pocinje cycle 3

        jednorucno veslanje kablovima: 25 x 15, 30 x 12, 35 x 11, 40 x10, 40 x 10


        biceps s bucicama na kosoj klupi 3 serije
        squat rack curls - 3 serije


        Komentar: ovaj je bio easy pravo, DLu ocigledno najbolje odgovara 5/3/1 sad za sad

          zaboravio sam staviti bench day od sinoc

          zadnja serija 107,5 x 5+ => 8+1

          pa incline bench, incline s bucicama, letenja, propadanja i jos jedna vjezba za triceps

            ciklus 1, tjedan 3
            bench 5,3,1+

            benč:
            5 x 70kg
            3 x 80kg
            10 x 90kg *** nisam bio dobar danas baš, nešto me stomak zezao prije treninga, loše se osjećao, pa je i dobro ispalo na kraju


            accessory: sve po 3 serije, 8-12 ponavljanja
            kosi benč s pauzom:
            kosi benč bučicama
            dips s opterečenjem
            letenje
            french potisak triceps
            triceps s kablom


            neki dan sam radio i squat, al nisam stavio:
            squat:
            5 x 70
            3 x 80
            15 x 90
            (iste kilaže kao kod benča, malo me stid, al bit će to bolje )
            accessory: dl na ravne noge, prednji čučanj, iskorak, sprava za ložu, listovi



            prošli tjedan imao 6 trening dana, meni previše nekako, od ovog tjedna idem na 4 trening dana, tako da mi se poklapa trening tjedan sa pravim tjednom.

              set1 52,5 x 5
              set2 60 x 5
              set3 67,5 x 5+ ---=> 14 (+2,5kg i jedan rep vise, cevapi su officially najbolji preworkout)
              67,5 x 9


              incline bench: 5 serija, zadnja 100 x 6

              OHP seated na masini(bila guzva, inace s bucicama) 4 serije, zadnja 115 x 10

              lateral raises 4 s bucicama, 3 serije na spravi, face pulls 4 serije i jos 2 trapez....triceps pushdown 4 serije

                (jučer odrađeno, danas odmor bio)


                deadlift:
                5 x 75
                3 x 85
                13 x 95 ***


                accessory:
                zgibovi s opterečenjem: bw, pa 10kg x 10, 8, 8, poslije zadnje ostavio uteg i napravio još par bw
                veslanje sa šipkom: 4 serije, 10 ponavljanja 42, 62, 72, 52 kg
                lat uski: 2 serije
                veslanje s bučicom 2 serije

                biceps pregib s bučicom: obična serija. pa 2 drop serije
                biceps sjedečki: 3 serije
                2 serije obrnuti hvat biceps

                istezanje

                *** ovih 13 ponavljanja nije sigurno, malo sam se izgubio na 10-om, jer razmišljam o formi samo



                gotov mi je 1. ciklus. sad ne moram računat na onoj stranici više?
                samo nadodam 2,5/5 kg na kilaže od prvog ciklusa ??

                  ne, dodas 2,5kg na training max ili 5kg za SQ i DL (u biti u 90% slucajeva je isto ali ne uvijek, 90% od 2,5 kg ces opet zaokruzivati na 2,5kg, tek poslije 5-6 ciklusa bi bila razlika od 2kg gore dole)


                  ja sam njih samo ubacio u excel file

                    znači dodam na TM i računam ponovo?
                    npr. 1RM bio je na početku bio 100, TM od toga je 90, i sad u 2. ciklusu na ovih 90 dodam 2,5/5 kg i onda računam ?

                    vidio sam ovaj tvoj excel kad si ga stavio, i nikako mi nije bilo jasno šta znači ovaj broj u trečem stupcu, red ispod naziva vježbe ??
                    (npr. Bench pa ispod ima82,5 x5 i još piše 18,75, šta to znači? )

                    sad sam se izgubio malo, ja mislio samo dodat 2,5/5 kg na dosadašnje kilaže velikih vježbi


                    da, dl mi je zadnji dan u "tjednu". što ?

                      da stavis kao 92,5-95 za TM

                      a taj broj....sta da ti kazem, tipicni amerikanac stavio koliko treba kila sa svake strene sipke jer mu je tesko izracunati koliko je to ako mora dici 82,5kg taj dan ignorisi to ( i samo je tacno ako stavis u LBS)

                      a za DL, ma nako samo pitam

                      edit: razmisljam da ga razbacam ovako

                      BENCH - push (sa cucnjem)
                      DEADLIFT - PULL
                      rest
                      OHP - Upper body
                      SQUAT - lower body
                      rest

                        znači, od prvog 1RM, kojeg sam koristio u prvom ciklusu, izračunam TM, pa njega ubacim tamo, tj računam od njega postotak, a onda iz ciklusa u ciklus, nadodam na TM i računam s novim TM-om, a 1RM više ne diram ?


                        tamo na prvoj strani piše da se 1RM stavi na mjesto crvenih brojeva, a na drugoj strani da se stavi TM




                        ma štaš mijenjat još, kad dobro ide i ovako, mijenjaj poslije nekad

                              set3 120 x 5+ ---=> 14 (vise kila i 3 ponavljanja vise )
                              MAKING GAINS!

                              SUMO DL speed Pull:
                              4 serije neke zagrijave i onda
                              150 x 3
                              150 x 4
                              150 x 5 ...sa drzanjem na vrhu(ovo je bilo bez gurtni a inace ih nosim na radnim serijama kad je DL day, pa da malo poradim na tome)

                              leg extensions 4 serije

                              listovi

                              biceps hammer curls i BB curls 3 superseta, HC po 6 ponavljanja a BC po 10

                                SET1: 90 X 3
                                SET2: 102,5 X 3
                                SET3: 112,5 X 7


                                Incline Bench, Incline bucice, bitch-flies 2 serije, triceps pushdown do 45kg x8, i jednorucni s vise ponavljanja i triceps extension bucicama na kontrakosoj klupi

                                Komentar: Hvat na bench-u sam vratio na normalnu sirinu, inace kako sam poceo ovaj 5/3/1 hvatao sam uze nego inace ali ipak mislim da mi ovako bolje odgovara, 7 clean ponavljanja, forma mi se cinila jako dobrom, it's feeling good
