            evo jedna od serija od jucer, ako neko ima kakve savjete za tehniku nek kaze

            malo sam promjenio poziciju, ovdje na zidu bi trebao biti crtez deadlift-a pa rekoh da se vec naviknem da tu vucem




            i vazno obavjestenje: GPC Balkansko prvenstvo 2016. ce se odrzati u Sarajevu, ovo je savrsena prilika da se isprobate ako imate zelju da se takmicite, jos ako planirate gpa evropsko u zagrebu, ovo je odlicna proba.
            Uslovi ce biti najbolji dosad na ovim prostorima, pored toga sto ce biti prvo takmicenje sa 2 platforme, i jedna i druga ce imati monolift, texas squat bar, eleiko sipku za bench, texas deadlift bar te full eleiko pl garnituru tegova. Znaci bolje ne moze. Pored toga ocekuju se novcane nagrade za (vjerovatno) prva tri apsolutna/relativna liftera u open/juniorima/master/zene kategorijama, te za najbolje benchere koji ce nastupati drugi dan.
