        Malo front squatsa,leg press and cardiooouuuoouuuooo

        Danas nije islo po planu zato jer sam opet forsiorao trening u najumornijem stanju i svaki put ponavljam istu gresku. Uglavnom planirao sam 180 dvojke serija ili dvije sto bi u konacnici bio PR ali vidjevsi kako mi nije islo od pocetka te sama serija sa 170 je bila nikakva, odlucio sam ostat na toj kilazi i barem proradit na volumenu. Sutra odmor i u petak ide vjerojatno PR na ohpu i easy bench i upper hipertrophy.

          Evo zavrsio prvi ciklus, planirao sam odradit jedan deload week ali prebacujem ga za sljedeci ciklus. Od sada ubacujem HIIT na kraju treninga sa utezima cisto radi probe i neceg novog. Sveukupno sam zadovoljan

            napravio 120 5x8 na bendzu, prvi milestone dole idemo na 125 slj. trening

            malo sam zatrpan ispitima pa slabo jedem/spavam/treniram i nema previse od mene u zadnje vrijeme, samo jos da anatomiju zakucam sutra pa ce biti bolje

                    Ovako, jasno mi je kako ove dvije serije "zagrijavanja" cine velik utjecaj na izvođenje trece i najbitnije serije (u ovom slucaju 155). Idealno bi bilo napravit jedinice ili dvojke u zagrijavanju sve do glavne serije no onda fali volumen (samo jedna serija sa "glavnom" kilazom). Tako da trenutno ne mijenjam nis, odradit cu jos ovaj ciklus te onda idem na promjene kakve sam prije spomenuo.

                    Razlog zasto nezelim trenutno napravit promjene je zato sto zelim napravit barem jedan veci vremenski period trenutnog treniranja pa na poslijetku ako dođem do platoa, mogu odmah promijenit i igrat vise na volumen umjesto AMRAP seta.

                      ako ovo naguram na 140 5x8, mogu lagano krenuti s smolov-om gdje bi mi 6x6 dan bio na 140-145, a 3x10 na 170-175 - 2 weeks later bi imao 175-180 3x10 sto ce mi osigurati 200+ bench ... jedini problem opet bi bio prebacivanje na onu takmicarsku klupu koja mi ne lezi, ali o tom po tom

                            Jedan update: opet mijenjam program (jako cudno od mene lol)

                            Zapravo mogu rec da je vrlo slican program onome sto ja vec i radim a to je konjugate method prvenstveno od masstheticsa. Cijeli opis treniranja je postavljen na njihovom kanalu i pruza sve informacije koje su potrebne za kreiranje programa. Posebno mi se sviđa jer ce mi pruzat veci intenzitet, volumen i usavrsavanje pokreta i jacanje weak pointsa. Mogu nakratko opisat trening kako ce ici ako nekog zanima ali isto tako cete vidjet kroz moje logove prema kojem principu i vjezbama je sam program orjentiran. Na prvu sam mislio da je previse naporan za cns ali po njihovim rijecima "tko nije probao konjugate method, ne moze znati dali je previse udaran/"taxing" na cns."

                            Totalno izgleda da skacem iz programa na program ali jednostavno jos uvijek trazim ono sto mi treba i po cemu cu imat najbolji napredak. 5/3/1 striktni nacin treniranja je dobar za pocetnike iz razloga sto cim se prijeđu na vece tezine i iskusnije liftove, te dodatne serije mogu jako utjecati na izvedbu "glavne" radne serije a i sam volumen je premali za neki veci i bolji napredak. Kako imamo sve vise i vise iskustva sa treniranjem, pocnemo realizirat puno vise stvari i detalja te isto rako vidimo pogreske koje prije nismo viđali. Mislim da to svi znate i upravo to trenutno radim, realiziram i eksperimentiram sa raznim stvarima.

                            Sto se tice programa, cini mi se jako "legit" i vrtit cu cikluse sa razlicitim main movementsima. Svaki ciklus traje 6 tjedna. Less go!

                                sto reci, super ponosan i sretan jer mi je ta kilaza bila u glavi skoro 5 mjeseci. +20kg PR i cini mi se da sam imao jos kojih par kila u sebi ali sa ovim sam totalno zadovoljan. idemo dalje!
