                    ne idu mi ponavljanja na cucnju bas najbolje...jos se nisam bas ''uhodao'' i nemam bas prevelik volumen ovih dana ali ide na bolje, zadnji PR prije dodavanje wrapsa prosli ciklus je bio 200x4 ja mislim, nekih 3 mjeseca prije meet-a...mislim da mogu ciljati na 210x5-6 ovaj put

                    ako kog zanima tehnika mi je dosta drugacija, forsiram dublji cucanj sto za mene znaci da ce malo vise liciti na GM - nije da je to nesto lose samo je jako iritantno da ti citava teretana od jakih ljudi pa do ovih cura od 50kg govori ''sve si to ledjima cucnuo''

                    - pa jest...

                        davno sam ja dinchu rekao da bi trebao ovaj cg uzeti kao competition grip i prema tome programirati i sigurno bi napravio par dobrih PRova za malo vremena

                          Momci, da vam iskreno kazem... Nekad bolje osjetim pump i kontrakciju prsnih misica kod CGBP (nije extra close ali uzi od obicnog gripa) nego kod competition gripa. Nekad imam osjecaj kao da mi samo triceps radi lol, tako da cu nac sweet spot na hvatu između close gripa i onog kakvog sam do sad radio. Razlika je u 4 prsta sirine između ova dva hvata. Vidjet cemo kako ce ici dalje

                            Kodd cgbp se prsa vise istegnu..veci rom..veca aktivacija... Al opet treba uzet i kilazu kao varijablu..
