      A di ce bit natjecanje? Adresa? Da znan planirat sta se tice hostela, auta i to. Btw, da nebi bilo nesporazuma, dosa bi ko promatrac.

            Ma da je sve u centru, dosa bi autobusom, ovako cu mozda i autom. Ili se vozat taksijem like a boss.

                  danas vjerovatno pocinjem sa smolov jr. za cucanj i bench kojeg cu rokati 4 sedmice umjesto 3 ali sa niskim pocetnim TMovima (170 i 125) pa cu dodavati 10 10 7,5 i 7,5 za cucanj a 7,5 7,5 5 i 5 za bench po sedmici - s tim sto cu vjerovatno zadnju sedmicu dodati pojas na cucanj - poslije ove 4 sedmice stavljam wrapse/pojas i drasticno smanjujem volumen za cucanj, trebali bi biti samo teski kečevi, a za bench cu u 3-4 treninga odraditi 5x2 pa 3x2 pa 1x2 i napokon novi max prije meet-a

                  planirano je da treniram 6 dana u sedmici i da na dan 2 i 4(koji se inace u smolovu odmaraju) radim heavy deadlift(dan 2) i speed deadlift (dan 4) + core/ekstenzija i slicno


                  peaking za deadlift izgleda ovako:
                  week 1: 220 x 5+
                  week 2: 225 x 4+
                  week 3: 235 x 3+
                  week 4: 245 x 2+
                  week 5: 255 x 1+

                          Ovo ce bit zanimljivo, pogotovo sta i ja planiran kroz iducih pola godine probat smolov jr.

                          Btw mozda nebi bilo lose da prominis naslov teme(odnosno zamolis kellya) i dodas programe koje si odradia, da je preglednije svima koji u buducnosti budu pretrazivali forum?

                              Nesto tipa "Logovi forumasa: 5/3/1, meet prep/peaking, smolov jr., Texas method, CUBE"?

                              Doda san random imena programa, to je nesto sta se lako doda kad ljudi krenu s nekim programom, u svakom slucaju, osoba koja bude tu na forumu dulje od tjedan dana ce i sama svatit da puno ljudi posta u temu i svatit ce da je za sve. A poanta price je da je odma na prvu jasan sadrzaj teme. Ovo je ionako kozmeticka promjena, nije nesto oko cega bi morali razbijat glavu.
