            ovaj put malo uze stao pa ga skratim malo i manje me lomi u ledjima

              Odlicno izgleda

              TripleZ, pitanje u vezi sumo dl-a, kad stanem u pocetnu poziciju i pocnem vuc s poda, 1-2-3 platesa ide odlicno, na 4 i vise (oko 170-180kg) nesto mi pocne zatezat u desnoj lozi dok u ljevoj to nije slucaj. Tocnije u ovom podrucju zaokruzenom

              Dali znas sta uzrokuje to preskakanje/zatezanje i kako bi se moglo to rijesiti?

                pojma nemam, rijetko mi se to desava, ali kad se desi (ako je to to na sta ja mislim) onda perstanem raditi jer me strah povrede, osjecam kao da ce napuknuti misic...nikad nme bude 2 treninga za redom

                a imam zatezanje malo cesce u desnom hip-flexora/ventrogluteusu i to mi bude samo od previse sjedenja/tightness tog dana...tad prekinem, vratim se na istezanje, pa ako je bolje nastavim ako ne stanem

                  dinc od tih 3 platesa 140 kg do 170 kg probaj ici njeznije..npr za 5-10 kg dizi da se stvori tolerancija na bol..nema razloga da boli sa 170 a sa 140 ne..

                    Ok, probat cu radit malo manja skakanja u serijama zagrijavanja i fokusirat se na laganiji koncentricni i ekscentricni pokret (mozda pomogne u zagrijavanju). Rekao bih da je mozda problem krutost i slabija fleksibilnost loze ali upravo ta desna strana mi je fleksibilnija nego lijeva tako da to ne drzi vodu.

                      • jucer AMRAP sumo dl sa 200kg. ona cudna bol u lozi je i dalje bila prisutna makar sam se dobro zagrijao i istegao te kroz setove isao sa laksim skakanjem u kilazama. kako sam dolazio do glavne serije, bol se postepeno smanjivala tako da na ovoj seriji od 10 ju nisam prakticki ni osjetio
