      Mislin da cu pocet flasirat i prodavat svoj squat mojo malo manje sretnim squatterima. U obzir dolaze i zamjene za bench/deadlift mojo. srs

        ne ozbiljno, ja skroz zaboravila da moram atg..ufurala se u pl style..ajde molim te, od sada samo te tri glavne ce biti probijanje paralele

        also, imam grip strength muskularnog distroficara..koji je zensko.. i ima 8 god i zivi u etiopiji

            1- nisam jela nista do 15.00, a ustala u 7.00h
            2- zenski stuff
            3- ispit
            4- manjak sna
            5- neraspolozena sam
            6- naglo sam povecala TM
            7- boli me trapez

            nista to, bice bolje sljedeci put volim ovaj tip treninga, ono cekas svaki jer uvijek mozes na necemu PR-at

                      eee, pa nisam znala ! jos sam se dvoumila, ono sta sad, da li da napravim jos 2-3 ili sta i nisam, jer sam kontala da bi to onda bio 63x11

                      posto ne radim vise t'n'g nego deadstop, reset traje max 1sec. dobro, nakon 8og sam imala tipa 2-3sec pauze, pa onda jos 3..tako..

                          e vidis npr ovo su sitnice, ali jako bitne! sitnice koje zivot znace 10 sec izmedju repova....omggg pa mogla bih u zadnjoj 1+ ... 100!

                            Bas je dejson blaha neki dan pricao o old school metodi rackanja squata na desetak sekundi i onda nastavljanje izvodenja par repova..
                            Ja ne rackam nego i dalje drzim uteg dom squatam i odmaram...
                            A dl zadnje serije radim s gurtnama pa mi se neda ili opet motat ili pogrbljen cekat inace dl resetiras ispruzis ruke ispred sebe, udahnes par puta ko manijak i bjesomucno krenes opet dizati
                            Neznam sta ce rec max jer se njegov trening razlikuje i ima vise radnih serija...mi imamo samo jednu + seriju i treba je dobro iskoristit..

                                Danas smo ja i Maximir upoznali Tripleza. Inace odusevio je mladic iz Knina od 16 godina i 69kg. Liftovi su bili otprilike 190 DL, 130 SQ, 100 BP
