          Ja mislim da ti je problem u prehrani. Ja da sam na tvom mjestu definitivno bi pojacao UH u obroku prije i nakon treninga i popio kavu prije treninga.

          Ali opet mi nisi odgovorila na pitanje a koje glasi: deficit, suficit, odrzavanje?

            ne znam mili...ne pratim..bila sam na ketu osam dana, danas prekinula jer mi je rodjus pa jedem tiramisu ostalo, jedem voce, povrce, i sladoled (meso i jaja ne mogu ocima vidjeti)..al ''zadovoljna'' sam izgledom..mozda jos puknem malo keto..ili cikliranje.. taman oko treninga pojacam karbse

                To ti je od ketogene garant... Nekazem da se ne moze napredovat no takvom nacinu prehrane ali ako zelis napredak trebao bi nesto veci kcal unos nego kod ajmo rec "klasicne" prehrane... Napravi eksperiment 2 tjedna pojacaj faking carbse i racunaj makrose s time da se potrudis da budes u mooozda laganom suficitu pa vidi kako ce to utjecat na trening. Posto si zadovoljna sa izgledom onda nemas sta izgubit

                    nista posebno, malo volumena, samo 3 vjezbe ali nisam mogla, bilo mi lose nesto, nemam vazduha (sparno vrijeme i nekako 'tesko', nije samo meni, svi se zale) majica mi je bila mok-mokra, ko nikad

                    in other news, izbacujem upper body iz treninga tacnije triceps, skullc., incline bench isl (ruke su mi ogromne, ko da sav bench bacam tricepsom jbt -.- a neka neka tako mi i treba koliko sam nekad sanjala veliki triceps ) a akcenat stavljam na lower body tj na svoj nepostojeci gluteus. #everydayislowerbodyday #yolo #swag
                    znam da nije pametan potez u smislu napretka na 5/3/1 i da sajla za glutic nema apsolutno nikakav carryover na bench hihi ali moram se malo 'nabildat'

                            meni je odrzavanje izgleda na 100p/200c/60m sto je ~1800kcal. bedak. tako da se trudim drzati na tom nivou.

                              Otkad sam vidjela ovaj post, ali nikako da ti stignem nešto napisati..

                              Zaključila sam istu stvar..dosta je tricepsa i bicepsa, idemo se pozabaviti, kako si rekla, nepostojećim gluteusom i malo više vježbi za abse..abse uopće nisam direktno radila nego kroz plank (što je dobro), ali vrijeme je da ih malo "upalim" kroz reverse crunches, leg lifts, flutter kicks, itd..

                              Nego, koje vježbe radiš za gluteus maximus?

                              Meni se problem javlja što kod squat-anja (kakvog god - normalnog, plie, (jedino ne radim ništa one leg jer me onda užasno bole koljena i te vježbe u potpunosti izbjegavam)) sve ide na kvadriceps..jedina vježba kojom baš uspijevam aktivirati GM je ova: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercise...tt-lift-bridge

                              I, još radim ovu: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercise...glute-kickback ali mi se čini da mi opet puno više radi kvadriceps..

                                hip thrust sam ubacila, najvise mi to radi... radim jos i sajlu (glute kickbacks) ali tu vjezbu bas i ne volim jer vise energije potrosim da se drzim da ne padnem, nego sto aktiviram glutes. ubaci svasta, iskorake, splitsquats, 1/4 squats, box squats, bugarski, podizanje na stepenice... ove glute bridge-ve i tako to.. sumo squats ali sa stopalima pod 180.. vucenje sajlom ali u sve tri strane, nazad, sa strana... ugl guglaj breta contrerasa
