    E da, zaboravila sam napisati i hip thrust, to isto radim i odlično pogađa..te razne verzije squat-anja i lunge-anja su mi u program uključene još od početka, ali osjetim samo kvadriceps..u zadnje vrijeme pokušavam što više aktivirati gluteus..probat ću ga prvo aktivirati sa hip thrust-ovima i butt lift-anjem pa onda preći na squat-anje jer do sada sam radila obrnuto..možda ih tako uspijem više aktivirati..

    Ako ne, onda što kažeš, to je to, očito sam dostigla svoj natural limit

        moj booty progress trenutno sam zadovoljna kako izgledam (napretkom) ili to mozda ima veze sto sam ovako zadovoljna svim, nemam pojma...neku ravnotezu sam nasla, ranije je kod mene sve bilo dramaticno i tako to, jako sam se stresirala zbog izgleda, ma joj haos je to sve bilo vjerujte, al da ne davim o tom na forumu...
        sad bi bilo super odraditi neku DEFKU napokon da se rijesim sala sa stomaka i sa ruku, da se fino izdefinisem sva... ali mi se ne da uopste, ni trenirati, ni razmisljati o prehrani... bitno je da sam ja happy i calm naici ce period kad cu opet davati 110% sebe na tom polju

              Što se ti žališ uopće?

              Ne znam jel ti uopće treba defka..po meni ne..ali ovisi što TI želiš, iako mislim da bi većina ljudi bila presretna s ovom formom..ali opet, to nisi ti..kako god bilo, i ako ostaneš na ovome možeš itekako biti zadovoljna sa tim što si postigla..svaka čast!!

                    ma najbitnije je biti zadovoljan samim sobom, kakav god da si... s tim naravno da uvijek tezis ka boljem.. ali potrebno je postici to neko unutrasnje zadovoljstvo, ne znam koliko to muskarci mogu shvatiti, ali zena itekako moze...ne poznajem nijednu djevojku koja je zadovoljna sobom, nijednu, koliko god ona izgledala dobro.
