    Hvala..cak sam nesto i napredovao da wohoo..
    Kao i uvijek bilo je par perioda kada po deset dana nisam trenirao..ili bi odradio 1-2 treninga..
    Inace ako nekog zanima trening upploudat cu ga..
    Sto se tice kardia..poceo sam po 15 -30 min vozit biciklu nakon treninga jer kile neidu dole bas brzo..to cu jos pojacat pogotovo neki li cardio da mi ne ujece na napredak u cucnju i dl..

        Ma to sam ovako odokativno..al visok je da.. ehehe da se shredam imao bi 70 kg xD

                        izbaciti barem pola litra mlijeka+kakao i med sto ide uz to, i pizze limitirati na 3x sedmicno (vjerovatno ce to kao i dosad biti poslije svakog treninga, samo eto rjedji treninzi)
