    malo odstupanje od plana danas - isprobao malo vise na ledja staviti sa wrapsima cisto da vidim na cemu sam


    SQUATS - ramp do 200x1 sa wrapsima/belt - RPE osmica

    SKWATZ raw raw

    145 4x4 (prepolovio broj serija zbog ovog prethodnog maksiranja)

    BENCH PAUSED

    110kg 8x4 - 5 kila vise nego sto je trebalo

    120kg x3


    DIPS w/ resistance band

    3x8 - prvi put da ovo radim, pojma nemam kako da objasnim koliku sam tezinu koristio
    OHP ramp do 80 x 4

    facepulls 4 serije i istezanje....

        10.1 je bilo prije takmicenja za 220kg, 9.5 za 215

          danas otisao u teretanu da snime ekipu za neku TV emisiju pa je trening bio onako egzibicijski

          vrhunac je vjerovatno 200 x 3 deadlift bez pojasa (to racunam kao PR za deadlift na prazan stomak, pravo s faksa produzio tako da nisam ni jeo )

          kad se razisla ta ekipa malo uradio conventional speed deadlift iz deficita (veci nego inace, stavio 2 ploce ispod) i speed pulls sumo

          na kraju malo veslanja i biceps - toeto

            eh danas jedan pošteno loš trening

            posto sam neki dan povredio list danas sam krenuo prvo s benchom ''pa cu vidjeti sta cu s cucnjem''


            bench paused

            115 10 x 3
            115 x 5 TnG


            SQUAT raw raw

            jedva izvukao 4 serije sa 155 x 3

            vidio da nikako ne ide, spustio dvije na 130 - onda sam imao 524671254 ljudi oko mene koju su imali nesto reci za cucanj pa sam isprobao malo low-bar i neko ubacivanje kukova - uradio par serija isprobavanje tehnike sa 100 i 130 kg - zavrsio sam s prednjim cucnjem 100kg x8 i x7 i face pullsima

            ...doduse dobro je sto me nije bolio list, a ni sad me ne boli vise

                    upravo je slikano zbog bench-a spustam ga odprilike tu, mozda malo visocije, gornji dio abs-a uglavnom


                    a moram nauciti ovu pozu desno, prsa su mi DYEL - btw sutra cu vjerovatno kilu carbsa unijeti (od kojih se 57% nece primiti) u pripremi za deadlift

                          A buduci da vec imas pravi PL izgled, steta onda da ti dijetaris i dodjes na bibierski nivo.

                            nisam kupio, nemam ja love za toga, dobio - ali vjerovatno cu investirati u adidas powerlift shoes - to mi je poprilicno potrebno
