                eh onda sam isprobao po prvi put block pulls, i stavio jednu deblju plocu i jedan bumper podmetac ispod tega - ca. 10 cm, sipka mi je bila ispod koljena u svakom slucaju

                        deadlift speed pulls sumo:
                        ramp do 140kg 3 serije po 5


                        conventional deadlift:
                        140kg 2 serije po 3 iz velikog deficita
                        140kg 2 serije po 3 malo manji deficit
                        140 x 5 bez deficita

                        face pulls 4 serije



                        komentar: ocigledno sam izbacio cucnjeve iz ovog zbog lista...bar jos 2 dana odmaram a kad se vratim raditi cu niski volumen s wrapsima i pojasom...

                          ramp do 180 x 3 s wrapsima i tu prekinuo, lose se osjecao a nisam zbog osrednjeg treninga riskirati da me opet list boli

                          ramp do 130kg x3, 2 serije

                          BW: 91kg - sto je awesome s obzirom da sam zadnjih par dana na blizu 200 masti pored uobicajnih 400-450 UH (obacio sam novi obrok, tostirani hljeb + masni sir + sudzuka)

                                i ne znam, pauzirani sam imao 140 prije takmicenja, ovi brojevi sad odgovaraju trening maxu od 140 - a ja zelim da prije takmicenja odradim 145-150

                                sljedece sedmice smanjujem broj serija u pola a dodajem jos 7,5-10kg na radne serije
