meni licno ne trebaju, nikakvih problema nisam imao sa wrist-om tako da ih nisam dobio ne bi ih ni nosio, niti bi gledao da kupim nesto za prvu ruku...ali eto kad imam, sto da ne

komentar: sto se tice forme na deadliftu - zakljucavam koljena prerano na teskim ponavljanjima (treci rep prve serije na videu npr.) pa mi to popriicno otezava lockout - iako bi lockout trebao biti laksi dio pokreta, trebam to rijesiti, ako ko ima kakvih prijedoga kako, samo izvolite...

Mene zanima čigova je ona guica na 0:47. daj reci joj da ti spota iduci put.

tocno tako i preporuca dan green da se radi..tako da ja to nebi mjenjao..al mozes u pocetnoj poziciji uzet malo nizi polozaj kukova pa bis trebo dobiti to sto zelis..po meni je ovo super..kad ti leda ojacaju ici ce to brze..
