      jucer jos jedan egzibicioni trening, snimali smo neki promo video (koji bi trebao izgledati suh-weett)


      cucnuo 200, benchao 120x2, odvojio 170... po prvi put sam i probao log press strongman style (definitivno ovo moram cesce raditi) a i stigla nam je komplet eleiko garnitura tegova i eleiko competition i training bar

      drzanje samo 170 kila na comp bar-u mi je vec fino poderalo ruke, knurl je pravo agresivan....necu je vala koristiti u treningu

          pa nisu ni duge ni kratke, manje od 5minuta sigurno ali uglavnom dok ne osjetim da sam spreman, ne zurim nikad bespotrebno

            Aaaaaa, ok....

            Ja sam juče u jednom delu treninga improvizovao nešto između toga i super serije, na leg pressu...

            Težina 80 % od maximuma.... 3 ponavljaja (s tim što ne računam prvi izbačaj, jer presa kreće od pola putanje, gde je zaključana), 10 serija sa pauzama do pola minute između....

            Mogu da ti kažem da je pumpa fantastična...

            Bio sam u fazonu, zovite policiju, ubio sam noge....

            A tebi je tih 120 kg na benču 90 - 95 % od maximuma?
            Pivo za masu, rakija za defku...

              ako mislis od maximuma za jedno ponavljanje, onda je oko 85% (1RM oko 140 ili vise)

              a za serije od 3, da oko 95%...vidjecu sta cu kako cu ovih dana, ali mislio sam na tu tezinu dodati jos 5-10kg ali uraditi manje samo 3-4 serije


              ...ali ono, pola minute mi je opet malo odmora za ovaj % i ovu vjezbu, umorim se samo dok se namjestim na klupu ne moram ni dizati uteg, pa mi je malo nezgodno uporedjeno sa press-om, izolacijama za ruke i slicno...

                    toliko los trening da mi je mrsko objaviti, al haj


                    cucnuo 200 x 2, i onda failao na 220 (teg mi je cak preletio preko glave)

                    benchao sam 110x6 - sto je bilo ono po planu ''mom'' ali onda me nagovorili na tovarenje i fulim 145kg knap




                    sve je super imati dobro okruzenje, opremu i jake ljude oko sebe ali ja sam navikao sam trenirati i da mi niko ne govori sta da radim kako i to - ocito mi takvi pokusaji uvijek tesko padaju

                      Meni je cili prosli tjedan bia takav, ocajan ocajan. Al danas san se iskupia. Kad na meetu napravis total preko 600, sve ce bit dobro...

                      Ja volin slusat cueove ljudi koji znaju tehniku mojih liftova i najcesce greske (brat i prika) al u odabir kilaza nikom nedan da se misa.

                      To sa sipkom preko glave je sigurno ruzno izgledalo... Cucnjava si u kavezu?

                      Inace, kolega se danas obesvistia nakon deadlifta, nije bilo ugodno gledat... Mislin da cu ga odsad "spottat" i na deadliftu.

                                ramp do 175 x 5 u wrapsima/pojas, isprobavao zapocinjati pokret kukovima i kontrolisano se spustati dole sto je novost za mene

                                150 x 5 - 3 serije /pojas


                                log press x3 / x3 / x4 - mogao sam otici u strongmene ako tamo nema cucnja (zanimljivo mi je ovo pravo, gledacu da napredujem na ovome iako nema neku veliku prenosivost na big 3)


                                komentar: trening u zurbi, kasno dosao na trening a citav dan sam u zurbi...9 sati na faksu, dodjem kuci ''stigo čumur'' pa se ubacivalo, i onda trk na trening...glava me bolila od nedostatka kofeina u dan, onda sam roknuo 400 mg cim sam dosao kuci i bilo mi jos gore dok sam dosao na trening
