      272,5 u najboljem slucaju

      edit: da odma napisem ostalo, zadovoljan cu biti i 210 cucnjem i 140 benchom, u najboljem slucaju to bude 220 i 145-150

      sto se tice DLa pokusaji bi trebali biti 240 - 260 - 272.5

            poslije toga i spustanja par serija u wrapsima sam uradio 5 serija po par ponavljanja sa 100kg


            BENCH PAUSED

            ramp do 140 x 2 (PR?)
            poslije 90 x 12

            face pulls 5 serija



            komentar: raspolozenje 0 bodova, trebalo mi je ukupno 4 sata prevoznim sredstvima do teretane i nazad...haos u gradu, tramvaji ne rade - shodno tome ja i neraspolozen na treningu, jedino me obradovalo sto me ovo docekalo poslije

              ^^ na drugom pomogao spoter - ipak mislim da je dobra serija, bar me nece biti strah da ce mi opet preletiti tako neka tezina preko glave

              komentar: nije lose...mijenjam tehniku cucnja mada ovo mozda nije bas najbolji trenutak za to, ali eto - razmisljam vise na duge staze nego samo na ovo takmicenje

              Bodyweight 91 kg - s obzirom da jedem apsolutno SVE trenutno, nece mi problem biti uci u kategoriju ovaj put
              za petak je planirano 2 ponavljanja sa 255 ili 260 na competition bar (samo se nadam da necu ruke raskrvariti ) pa bice i sutra/prekosutra neki carb up valjda

                      vise manje bitan PR, nije mi ni bilo ''toliko'' drago ali eto...mislio sam ici na 2 ponavljanja ali i ovo nije lose i guess

                      definitivno je dosta teze dizati sa ovakvom sipkom (skroz malo se savija u poredjenju s drugom s kojom inace radim) ali tu cu i koristiti na takmicenju tako da je red bio da je malo isprobam
