    Jesi li siguran da je 4.3g? ja sam čuo da moraš nekih 4.125g pomješanih s točno, ali pazi točno 250ml vode i u njoj več otopljeno 3.876g taurina, tada daje potpuni učinak, trust me bro

    Komentar: trening je bio super(bar do samoga kraja), odradio ono što sam zacrtao, sve išlo po planu, dok nisam došao pred kraj i samo pao s energijom(?) zadnju seriju shoulder pressa nisam uspio podići ni jednom, jbg, a ruke nisam nakon toga niti htio pokušavati jer bi ishod bio isti takav vjerojatno.. Idemo dalje, sutra opet nogice :3

    btw. jesam se ismijao danas, neki tip u teretani radi biceps pregib ez šipkom i ima remen oko struka, kad nisam pao na guzicu (nije bila velika težina) i hoda on gym-om s njim, onako u japankama, i pogledam ga u facu, pa iskreno, ja mislim da sam ja njega pitao kako se zove ne bi znao je li bio pospan ili nešto, nemam pojma, ali izgled face ajme majko

      Day 4: Back and Shoulders Hypertrophy Day

      Pulling Power Exercise speed work: Bent over rows
      6 sets of 3 reps with 65-70% of normal 3-5 rep max
      Hypertrophy pulling movement: Pullups
      3 sets of 8-12 reps / BW- 10,7,6
      Hypertrophy pulling movement: underhand bent over rows
      3 sets of 8-12 reps / 50- 12,10,10
      Hypertrophy pulling movement: T-bar row
      3 sets of 8-12 reps / 65- 12,10,10
      Hypertrophy pulling movement: Dumbbell rows
      2 sets of 12-15 reps / 30- 8,8
      Hypertrophy pulling movement: lat pulldown ss with pullover
      2 sets of 15-20 reps / samo pullover 20- 17,15

      *Komentar:
      - Leđa odrađena dosta dobro, moglo je bolje kod t-bar rowa (nisam zadovoljan formom). Sve je islo po planu dok nisam dosao na ramena, jos u ponedjeljak poslije seated OHP-a imao sam neki cudan osjecaj u desnom ramenu i osjecao sam da ce mi to sje*at danasnji trening, nisam mogao ni 1 rep napravit tako da sam preskocio vjezbu (kao neki deload?!) Dodao sam jos 2 serije na Arnold press, vjezba mi odlicno pogodi prednje i srednje rame, onda sam krenuo na side l. raises i odradio sam sva 4 seta sa 7,5kg ali sljedeci trening cu smanjit na nekih 6kg tako nesto jer mi se cini da je tu bilo dosta varanja na onim zadnjim ponavljanjima.

      Nasao prijevoz za novu teretanu od ponedjeljka

        Speed Work Pressing Movement: Squats 80kg x3 (6 puta)
        Speed Work Pulling Movement: Sumo DL 90kg x3 (6 puta)
        Assist. Pressing Movement: Front SQ samo šipka, 40kg x5 50kg x5 60kg x5 70kg x1
        Assist. Pulling Movement: RDL 100kg x5/5

        Komentar: Super odličan trening! Zbilja sam uživao! Prvi put radio front SQ, odlična vježba, išlo je sve super, osim na zadnjoj seriji kada sam osjetio da forma nije bila zadovoljavajuća pa sam stao, idemo polako i sigurno I vjerojatno bih trebao dodati još jednu vježbu, to moram vidjeti još, nekako mi izgleda malo ovo...

          Kako radis fsq? Ja nikako da se dovedem u dobar polozaj. Uvijek imam osjecaj da ce mi sipka past i tesko mi pada na ramena?

              Prvu seriju su mi laktovi bili spusteni i sipka mi je bila na palcevima dok sam kasnije uhvatio formu kako treba, podognuo laktove sto vise i sipka mi je legla tako da me pocela malkice gusiti kada bih udahnuo. Ugl. Trudi se laktove sto vise dignuti, na sebi sam primjetio da kada sam u najnizem polozaju da mi laktovi nize i onda cim se krenem uspinjati ih dizem i rijesi se problem..

                Danas cu izbacit db walking lunges i stavit fsq. Kad sam ga radio, snimio sam par puta i forma je bila jako dobra samo mi je taj polozaj sipke bio los, zglobovi su dosta patili

                  Samo se trudi te laktove sto vise gore i ne bi trebalo biti problema ja moram kasnije na trening pa budem napisao log hehe

                    - Trening po planu jedino mi je ovaj tjedan sumo dl uzasan i zato vise necu radit 2x tjedno heavy nego samo u lower body power-u. Kod fsq sam samo malo isprobavao, nisam htio trpat neke velike kilaze i cini mi se da cu ubacit fsq u standardni trening, listove i trbuh nisam stigao, od sljedeceg tjedna cu ih pocet razvaljivat
                    Odsad ce ic ovako trening nogu (hyper day):

                    Db walking lunges ili press ako budu imali u novoj teretani

                      A da probaš raditi Sumo kao speed work vježbu? Možda bi ti tako išlo bolje/lakše/jednostavnije?

                        Ma prvi plan je bio da ga radim 2x tjedno u power i u hyper dayu da vidim kako cu napredovaj, 1. tjedan je proso odlicno, a ovaj tjedan uzas. Tako da cu se opet vratit na 1x tjedno, a ovo za speed work mislis u hyper day da ubacim?
                        Vidjet cu jer iskreno mrzim te speed setove haha, uzmem pauzu između seta 15sek samo da sta brze prođu

                          Da da, mislio sam da staviš u speed work, meni paše odlično!
                          Haha, ma nisu toliko loši, ali nekad se pogubim i zaboravim na kojem sam setu uopšte i onda bude frke

                              Komentar: Dobar trening bio, pauze između serija su bile 15tak do 20 sekundi a između vježbi otp. 40 da malo ubrzam tempo a i čisto da bude zabavnije Fino upumpao krv i odradio prsa iako sam izostavio jednu vježbu ali nema veze.. Na hammer press-u samo podbacio zbog boli u ramenu
