    vratia san se na masu , ovako to izgleda ->

    PREHRANA -

    na dan treninga - 4x obroka

    150g zobene 5 jaja banana
    120g rize ili tjestenine 200g mesa 250g kupusa
    120g rize ili tjestenine 200g mesa
    250g posni + 50-100g sjemenki

    na off dan - 4x obroka

    150g zobene 5 jaja banana
    100g rize 200g mesa 250g kupusa
    200g mesa 250g kupusa
    250g posni 50-100g sjemenki

    suplemente ne uziman vec jako dugo

    TRENING - 3x

    pon - sq 3x5, bp 3x5, dl 1x5, **2x8 incline bp
    sri - sq 3x5, standing millitary press 3x5, hang power clean 3x5, **2x8 chin ups
    pet- sq 3x5, bp 3x5, dl 1x5, **2x8 incline bp
    pon - sq 3x5, standing millitary press 3x5, hang power clean 3x5, **2x8 chin ups

    nekad ubacin face pulls

    znaci a/b/a/b/a/b ..

    pokusaj ubaciti jos koji obrok
    U ovoj igri nema predaje, kad pocnem to zavrsit cu...
    sto imam samo prednost je, pa vidim samo pobjedu!

      edit: ali pak cu vjerovatno cubacit jaja/povrce ko zaseban obrok kad odlucin uzet whey pa ce ih onda bit 5, jaja ce ic prije posnog.

            ja bi ubacio 10 obroka d amogu, zasto ne?..jaja nisu skupa
            U ovoj igri nema predaje, kad pocnem to zavrsit cu...
            sto imam samo prednost je, pa vidim samo pobjedu!

              samo ti, meni se ne sjedi doma i jede 10 obroka dnevno, i ovo mi je tlaka
              a uostalon precijenjeno je jedenje svakih 3h , baren ja tako mislin a i vecina ljudi na americkin bb forumima se slaze iako ode svi jedu po 6-7 obroka

                nakon malo kalkulacije ipak san ubacia jos 1 obrok, 150g razenog + 100g dimceka, kao obrok br.2. jer ovako ostanen gladan

                sad je to tocno 3000kcal na radni dan
                a 2600kcal na off dan

                  To za broj obroka si u pravu, ali izbaci ovi tvoj dimcek i kruh i ako si u mogucnosti podebljaj na 600 - 700 g mesa dnevno i ako imas para provaj i biftek ist.

                    nazalost nisan u mogucnosti toliko mesa kupovat posto prehranu placan sam vecinon
