  • MMA-pomoć u vezi prehrane?

    Pozz,posto pocinjem trenirati MMA rekreativno,trebala bi mi pomoć oko prehrane...

    Trenutno idem u teretanu i cilj mi je masa... Al posto pocinjem ic na MMA,
    zanima me kako cu odrzati kilazu koju trenutno imam i kako mogu jos ici gore s kg?
    Znaci zanima me koliko trebam jesti i to?

    Evo vam program teretane i boksa pa vidite...

    Pon-MMA

    Uto-Odmor

    Sri-Prsa,ramena (propadanja,bench potisak,siroki
    sklekovi,dumbell flies) (3x-Vojnicki
    potisak,podizanje bucica sa strane u stojecem polozaju)

    Cet-Leđa,biceps(zgibovi u sirini ramena (nadhvat),
    deadlift,stojeci biceps pregib) + noge

    Pet-MMA

    Sub-Odmor

    Ned-Biceps i triceps (SUPERSET 3x-biceps pregib,francuski potisak
    TRISET 3x-potisak sa brade na benchu ,scottova klupa ekstenzija
    iza glave,triceps ekstenzija jednorucna povise glave

    da bi dobio kg moraš biti u kalorijskom suficitu, šta god radi/trenirao

    ako imaš više aktivnosti, više se trošiš znači više moraš jest da bi dostigao taj kalorijski suficit

    znači bez puno pametovanja - kalorijski suficit za dobit kg

      Ahaa,znaci moram po danu unositi vise kalorija nego sto sam potrosio,ako sam dobro skontao?

            ne znam znaš li, ali bilo bi dobro da znaš neke osnove prehrane

            npr ovo:
            oko 2 grama proteina po kg tvoje težine, masti oko 1 gram po kg, a ostalo uh koliko fali da budeš u suficitu
            za početak, a kasnije možeš i masti povečavat ako dođeš do nekog velikog broja kalorija (iako po visini i težini bi rekao da ti neće bit problem doć do suficita, sad jedino ovisi o ostalim aktivnostima)

              Znao sam to samo za proteine da bi trebalo oko 2 grama po kg...
              Inace sam sad dosao do 70kg I zelim jos gore pa sad kad krenem na MMA morat
              cu pojacat prehranu malo kako bi isao gore jos barem 5kg.Znaci 174cm i 75kg...To bi mi idealno bilo

                Da ne otvaram novu temu...

                Posto sam na masi,zanima me samo dal trebam jesti puno i u one dane kad mi je odmor?
                To me oduvijek zbunjivalo,trebam li jesti istu kolicinu hrane tijekom treninga i kad je odmor?

                      Jedno pitanje samo za one koji treniraju nesto borilacko.
                      Ovako. Posto sam napokon poceo ic na MMA zanima me jel mi ovaj program dobar u vezi kombinacije MMA i teretane?
