    odakle ti da 100g pilecih prsa ima 31g (ima uvrh glave po svim tablicama 21-22g p) u prvom i drugom obroku imas jako malo proteina podebljaj to obavezno, najmanje 30g proteina po obroku!! a prehrana i u dane odmora bi trebala bit ista ko i u dane treninga, jedino izbacis onaj pwm i te bjelancevine ubacis za dorucak

      previše masnoća koristiš, ne kužim zašto u 4 obroka omega3 kapsule uzimaš?

      onda voće eventualno ujutro jedi, a ne svaki drugi obrok.

      proteini se ne računaju iz neživotinjskih izvora, premalo proeina dnevno uneseš, previše proteina iz praškova uneseš. rađe više krute hrane jedi, a ovaj whey sam ou pwm popij.
