    Evo sam sam si složio novi plan treninga. Klasična podjela.
    Ovako to izgleda na papiru, a ovaj tjedan cu vidit kako je u praksi i izmjeniti ako sta bude trebalo.
    Samo nisam bas siguran jesam li dobro organizirao vjezbe za noge.

    Kaj svi briju s tim engleskim nazivima, he, he! Možda bolje leg press prije iskoraka, a umjesto GM DL na ispružene noge.
    Hrana se važe sirova. Žutanjak je super.

          evo taman odradija trening leđa.. malo mi je čudno u vezi setova, na High Rowu mogu puno vise digniti nego na veslanju ili LATu

            to ti je stvar u spravi, ja sam na nekim spravama mogao vise dizat, a na nekima manje.

              E, možda bi trebao ubaciti za trapez koju vježbu - npr. slijeganje bučicama ili dvoručnim, u dan za ramena. Tj. shrugs, he, he!
              Hrana se važe sirova. Žutanjak je super.
