Pozdrav svima i to.
Novi sam u svemu ovome tako da imam par pitanja. Kao prvo da kazem da sam visok 188 cm a tezak 65 kila (citaj: zlo). Uglavom, bitno mi je da dobijem masu a kasnije cemo da vidimo sta i kako. Prvih mesec dana sam radio sta sam stigao, do pre neki dan sam imao neki program koji mi drugar sastavio a od pre neki dan sam poceo da radim prema programu sa ovog sajta http://www.building-body.com/Trening-pr ... -masu.html . E sad, posto ne idem u teretanu, ne mogu da radim bas sve vezbe koje imaju u tom programu pa me zanima dal ce ovo valjati (za vezbe za koje ne znam naziv, postavicu link)
