    uvedi neke promjene na treningu, ili promjeni trening
    ojačaj slabije mišiće koji sudjelju pri tom dizanju
    ...

      stavi vise kila s desne i s lijeve strane sipke(ali pazi, podjednako ), spusti se ispod sipke i digni teg, eto
