    Kao i što sam naslov kaže htio bi dobiti odgovor na pitanje što jesti?
    dalke, zanima me kako da dobim mišićnu masu?
    šta bi trebao jesti ujutro,popodne i navečer, koliko puta na dan bi smio jesti?
