fali meni jos dosta misicne mase...najmanje 10 kg....
noge su mi tragicne...imao sam neke ozlijede kolina pa san imao malih problema sa tim pogotovo na pocetku kad san krenia u teretanu...radia san "klackalice" extenzie ....slabo odnosno nikako cucnjeve...tek sad sam poceo ozbiljnie sa njima
prsa su mi po nekom mom misljenju najbolja...
da ali te 4 godine...ajmo rec da je samo 2 godine ozbiljnog treniranja...i u te 4 godine popijeno nista vise od 5-6 kg proteina dekstroze sasvim malo....kreatina isto tako....
IMAM PROBLEM sto mi kilaza sporo raste.....ali ono sta dobijen msm da je kvalitetno...
nemam nekih kvalitetnijih slika, ali nastojat cu ih sto prije napravit i pokazat...

i da zaboravio sam napomenit u onom dugoooom postu...da sam krenio sa nekih 60-62 kg....i ova kilaza iako nie velebajna ipak msm da je kvalitetna...a i sa rukom od 40,5-41cm (prie trening) msm da je rezultat solidan ,,,,evo postavit cu jos jednu sliku di se ruka malo bolje vidi

dobra podloga dobra građa ali premalo za 4 godine rada...ili prehrana ili trening šteka...oprosti na iskrenosti
ma kazem ti tek zadnje 2 godine ozbiljnijeg rada....suplementi gotovo nikako koristeni...a prehrana sad je recimo solidna...iako prie je bilo svega i svacega ..jbg studentski zivot ...menza... BOLJE JEST SVASTA NEGO NISTA XD ....

Super je to, pogotovo ako si krenuo sa 60 - 62 kile, a dogurao do 83 - 84 - znači 20 kg u 4 godine, i to mišića bez sala! Još da ti je prehrana bila posložena kak' spada...
