    ali su to sve mini faktori koji su zanemarljivi s deficitom koji se ostvaruje (i generalno pravi u vecem rasponu) kako treba, ishranom i aktivnoscu, onako da valja i da znas da si tu
    pretpostavljam da ti nisi zavrsio neku bolju školu , o fakultetu necu ni pricati jer imam osjecaj da pricam sa neskolovanom osobom.
    4% od 2000 recimo, 80 kalorija za 4 puta manju dozu, 80x4 320 kalorija , slobodno uzmi kalkulator i provjeri

    4% nije 25 kako si ti rekao. Izvoli vidim da ce trebati i nema na cemu.

      nego, uzmi rijecnik u ruke da se ne brukas, rekao sam ''arbitrarnih'' sto znaci da dajem samo primjer brojeva - u jos vecem pojednostavljenju - jedna komponenta racunice '' cals in vs. cals out'' ne cini ni deficit ni suficit, nego zbir - tako da ''to ce te ubaciti u deficit'' je apsurdna tvrdnja
      i usput, ako X doza ima Y efekt, 4 puta veca doza X rijetko kad ima 4 puta veci efekt - za bilo koji substancu kad je u pitanju uticaj na metabolizam - postoje efektivne doze i poslije toga dolazi do ''diminishing results'' nazalost

      osim toga, studije u kratkom vremenskom periodu nemaju bas puno smisla ako cemo pricati o dugorocnim efektima...a zamisli, dugorocni efekti koliko sad za sad vidimo su mali tj. skoro zanemarljivi (ali nisu nepostojeci - bitna napomena)
