    @Amelka Ako radiš zadnji čučanj, probaj se prebacit na prednji ili obrnuto, možeš i promijeniti serije, recimo 12/10/8/6.

    @Aldiin Imaš slab lumbalni dio, možeš u sklopu zagrijavanja odraditi vježbe za ojačati taj donji dio leđa, googlaj lumbar strengthening exercises
