Inzulin smanjuje oksidaciju masnih kiselina (przenje sala) a u vecernjim satima je tijelo super nesenzitivno na glukozu -> tj. cak i na male kolicine ugljikohidrata tijelo reagira velikom kolicinom inzulina -> nema trosenja masti za energiju -> masti koje su spremne na przenje su pospremljane nazad u masno tkivo i masti koje stizu u krvotok iz konzumiranog obroka se direktno popremaju u masno tkivo -> ne jedite puno ugljikohidrata navecer.
pa znam ja to haha,bash zato sam to i rekao.. navecer je inzulinska senzitivnost losa pa treba izbjegavat ugljikohidrate ali ne ako je i trening navecer jer on drasticno popravi IS i kao sto svi znaju poslje njega je ona i najbolja.. tak da su glupe one sheme ne unost uh poslije 6,7,8 whatever... jer se situacija moze mjenjati
