prvih godinu i pol sam samo bezz isa u teretanu jer je to onda bilo u modi...nisam ima pojmao nicem(mislija sam da misicu rastu dok se trenira i to)..inace sam bijo teski ekto kad sam poso oko 48-50 kg...
pa prehrana vise manje:
1. obrok:150 g. zobenih i jedna mjerica whey-a
2. 5 cijelih jaja i 2 kriske crnog kruha
3. obrok:80-tak grama rize i tuna
4. obrok :riza isto i dodam 250 grama piletine
5. obrok:250 grama posnog i 2-3 fetice salame
