treniram 4-5 puta tjedno , hranim se po paleolitik principima i prehrana je skroz sredena ...ovo je nakon 10 tjedana definicije u fazi odrzavanja ...noge ne radim i to mi je velika greska ...ako nekog zanima nesto vise o prehrani i treningu neka pita nisan se slikava u pozama jer pozirat neznam osim na plazi
