Znači ja pokušavam dobiti mišićnu masu i dosta sporo napredujem a unosim oko 2500kcal na 75 kg otprilike 5-6 obroka dnevno i sad neznam jel imamo možda kakve veze voda jer većinom poslije obroka popijem bode odmah pa jel tu možda ima neka fora u razgradnji i to ili ? I drugo pitanje dali alkohol uništava mišićnu masu ?
a koliko dugo si vec na 2500 kalorija ? zasto jednostavno ne povecas ?

a čuj i ja bih želio povećati al nisam baš pri novcima da trošim tolko znači onda bi samo u školi morao trošiti 20-25 kn dnevno jer sam ja od 6:30 do 16:00 u školi a jedem ujutro ono zobene ili tako nešto i jedem za veliki odmor znači oko 10:00 100 g pilećih prsa i veliko pecivo, ako bih si kupovao onda moram birati ili izlasci ili jelo xd a kad ću izlaziti ak neću sad. Jedem već ovo 2500 kcala oko mjesec dana.
I da ukupno idem oko 9 mjeseci u teretanu i dobio sam oko 4 kile ali nisam baš sala dobio i to nego baš mišića mislim jer se vidi ali ipak nekak mi je to pre malo
pa za +300 kalorija ti trebas mozda 1KM, ili pola eura, ili 4kn, kojom vec valutom racunas - dnevno (moze i manje naravno)
te pare sto ces tu utrositi mozes ustediti na svakodnevnoj kupovini ako postanes malo odgovorniji s parama
edit: a kad vec spominjes alkohol, mislim da tu mozes ustediti dobru kolicinu novca

meni tu na pamet pada nekoliko slatkia kao prvo, a mislim da riza i ostale stvar spadaju tu negdje ako se preracuna...ako je kila rize 12-15 ili cak 20, opet 100grama (75 UH) ispadne manje...mozda sam i fulio za rizu jer je ne kupujem ali ne vjerujem da je puno skuplja

Nakon obroka ne valja piti hladnu vodu, jer hladna voda stvrdnjava masnoće iz hrane koje se onda teško probavljuju a alkohol je ubojica testosterona, pa ga treba izbjegavati maksimalno.
Kila bijele riže(7kn) - Pojedi 200g dnevno = 1.4 kn = 700kcal
Maslinovo ulje 750g(80kn) - 50ml izli na rižu = 5.3kn = 400-500kcal
to ti je 1200 kalorija više za manje od 7 kuna dnevno, naravno nema proteina, ali probaj s ostalim novcima što više iz proteina izvuć
ukoliko misliš trenirat ozbiljno, sredit si 100% prehranu, izbacit zadnji ion snage na treningu, prestani s alkoholom jer će ti efekti bit puno manji, a žrtvuješ previše
ako nećeš toliko ozbiljno trenirat i nisu ti rezultati hitni ili ti ciljevi nisu visoki, onda nastavi s izlascima
