Desetak dana nisam radio trbušnjake i sinoc pokusam.. Kada stisnem trbušnjake pojavljuje se bol kao neki grc i sinoć sam pokušao raditi ih ,ali ne mogu od bolova u ledjima.. radio sam ovo -> http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercise...ame/bottoms-up
mozda upala mozda istegnuto nesto , dok ne odes kod doktora na neko snimanje ili UZV neces znati. Preporucam mirovanje, istezanje i laganini raditi trbusnjake druge vjezbe koje su lakse , pa postepeno do ovih koji su ti napravili ozljedu

Nadam se da je samo upala,a doktore ne podnosim.. Ja ni ne radim preterano trbušnjake nisam opterećen njima..
