      ovo je 6-ti dan od zadnjeg treninga, zbog bolesti sam bio odsutan

      nadam se da cu vcrs moci odraditi jedan posten trening, noge ce biti - pa da vidim jesam li jaci/slabiji


      ovako dugo nisam pauzirao vec posljednih 7-8 mjeseci ja mislim

          mene isto ovo vrijeme ubija, kiša, tmurno, ništa mi se neda, al čim dođem u gym, druga priča, još nema ni prozora ni ništa pa ne vidiš/ne razmišljaš o onome vani

              dobro je, snaga je tu, sve je islo fino i dizanje kila po obicaju...mada sam se samo 1 seriju usudio s max kilazom na cucnju

                sigurnost na prvom mjestu

                ja sljedeći tjedan napadam 122 kg na čučnju, jedva čekam

                uff otkad ćevape nisam jeo, ja se držim riže i piletine

                    dobro ide, na hipertrofiji se baš trudim mišić pogodit, normalne su kilaže u odnosu na power dane čak koristim onaj tvoj savjet, da zadnju seriju spustim kilažu malo pa da što bolje dovršim seriju

                    a izgled, ne znam šta bi ti rekao, kažu da rastem ali pošto sam salast krenuo na phat tako da sam i sad salast, ono nema trbušnih i to, al se žila na bicepsu uredno vidi i to mi je drago

                    al otkad sam promijenio prehranu, puno mi je lakše, i brojat makrose i unijeti potrebne kalorije/makrose, mislim da će i napredak biti bolji!! vodim se onim savjetom: ako zapinje, jedi više

                      ekipa, kako ide ??

                      ovih dana odmaram malo, ništa previše, sutra power lower dan, jedva čekam

                      neki dan sam malo probavao maksimum nekih vježbi, jer nisam mogao redovito ić ovih dana u gym, pa iz znatiželje, a i malo sam više odmarao, prije i poslije toga

                        evo završio tjedan odmora jucer bio 1. POWER day kg su ostale iste malcice teže odradio trening i dns upale nista strašne
                        sad si planiram kada bih trebao poceti sa rezanjem ili ne uopce
                        usput jel vi pijete glukozu u PWM ?

                              slazem se sa nekima da je ovo cisto sranje od treninga ono sto treba radit, je mijenjat rutinu non stop, vjezbe, trenirati cesce npr 2-1 , pa onda rijedje 1-1 , ubacit serije sa manjim , i vecim brojem ponavljanja,
                              osobno na kraju svake vjezbe u vecini treninga zadnji set odradim drop set jedan,

                                lega ja sad nisam tebe skontao pa prakticki si opisao PHAT a na pocetku kažeš da je cisto sranje
