      Meni je normalno u sificitu.
      Jer ja se uvijek praktički prežderavam, a količina suficita mi uglavnom ovisi o količini fizičke aktivnosti (ak se manje krećem, u većem sam suficitu...vice versa.....)

      Smiješno zvuči, krajnje neispravno, ali meni paše :P

        aha to, mislio sam da si mislio ono, ak se ne prezderava da nece nabiti masu, i naravno suficit ne raste misic od have.

            pa ako si u suficitu(nije bitno koliko) to je masa, ako si na 0 onda je odrzavanje a ispod je defka

            clean bulk ---> 100-500 cals suficit
            dirty bulk ----> 500+ cals suficit

                najoptimalniji deficit je od 600 - 1000, suficit od 300 - 600, vrsen je eksperiment na vise osoba u "savrsenim" uslovim, jedna grupa je drzala suficit 300 kcal, druga 1000. Prva grupa je u 5 mjeseci dobila u prosjeku 5 kg, bez sala znaci misicna masa, dok je druga grupa dobila u prosjeku 9 kg, gdje je kasnije utvrđeno da su od toga samo 5 kg u prosjeku misici.

                Napomena: Vrseni su neki eksperimenti da bi se nasle osobe sa slicnim metabolizmom.

                    jest ako pod savrsenim uslovima mislis da su se bocali, jer to bi znacilo da su od npr. 80kg 12%bf stigli na 85kg 10-11%




                    osobno mislim da ce od dirty bulk-a najvise dobiti pocetnik ili neko ko koristi AAS, jer ima puno vecu mogucnost da nabijem misice...za nas naturalce koje treniramo vec neko vrijeme, nema sanse da iz sedmice u sedmicu nabijes po pola kila misica tako da ides polahko, 200-500 kcal



                    istina je da se previse ljudi boje suficita iako ne bi trebali, evo ti 1 g. transformacije sa IIFYM dirty bulk
