                      prije treninga se ne isteze.

                      zasto ne radis deadlift?
                      takoder ti fali i zadnje rame a i vjezbi za njega pa ubaci face pulls 4x15-20 recimo.

                        rijetko sam ga radio nedavno sam poceo radit mrtvo a za zadnje rame bas cu probat tu vjezbu izgleda dobra
