        jesi probavao vec maxeve(priblizno makar pa da ubacis u onu formulu) ???

        btw svi maxevi sa skroz striknom formom???

          ma nisam, samo priblizno posto sam inace svakako radio po 2-4 ponavljanja za skoro sve pa znam odprilike


          i da, nemoj na pocetku odmah forsirati sto vece rojeve za TM imo, samo ces sto prije stati onda

            pocetne brojke su spustene MNOGO, samo da bih osigurao sto bolji napredak pa mozda i produzim malo nego sto sam mislio, a i na pocetku cu biti u deficitu

            znaci:
            TM starting -
            OHP: 75 kg
            Bench: 120
            Squat: 130
            Deadlift: 180

            TM cilj:
            OHP: 95-105
            bench: 150
            Squat: 190
            deadlift: 240
            TOTAL: 580 kg

            ....pokusacu da mi bodyweight ne ide iznad 95kg

                  ne, smanjit cu ga pa nek ostaje, i na ovo ide on progresija na svakom ciklusu po 5 ili 2,5 kg dodavacu na TM....tako bih na kraju trebao doci do tih brojki dole




                  aa ja sam odlucio ozbiljno log-ati, tako da cete najvjerovatnije vidjeti opis svakog treninga pa i poneki video

                        ja prekjucer i jucer radio maxeve... sada ubacio u onaj tvoj kalkulator hamza..

                        on je sam skinuo 10% jer je tkao oznacneo..kilaze su smjesne..i krecem od danas...

                        takoder posto sam bio odsutan 2 3 mj od teretane.. lomi mi se forma na onim najdonjim 2 cm na deadliftu, pa cu raditi sumo..

                        stvarni maxevi(znaci tu ide jos 10% manje):

                        bench 108
                        squat 119
                        deadlift 140
                        overhead 65

                        i mislim da cu i u cetvrtom ciklusu (znaci za nekih cirka 5 tjedna) onaj zadnji set ici max ponavljanja...

                          asesori cu u potpunosti postaviti na kraju one tamo sedmice, ugl. nesto slicno onom u prvom postu...ali od danas krecem s logovanjem pa cete vidjeti sve sta sam uradio

                                bench : 35x5, 40x5, 50x3 (warm up), 55x5, 65 x5, 70x12(zadnja koja je 5+) , poslje asesori kao sto pise, ponavljanja od 6-12.

                                ovo je bas lagani uvod.. u ono sto sljedi..
