              e ajd zamolio bih te nesto..

              kad nades vremena da snimis video step by step svaki korak kod bencha kako se namjestiti i kako dignuti.. onako pravi tutorial

              uzasno se mucim s tim benchom..razmisljam o leg driveu i zgrcenim lopaticama i trapezu pa kad dizem rasirim laktove ful..ili tako nesto...al anjcesce me izjebe kako uvalit ispod sipke i stisnut kako treba...obicno udem ispod "namjesten" pa nisam zadovoljan pa jos priblizavam noge guzici ili jos sirim, ili se malo izdignem pa spojim lopatice jace...blah -.-

                fak to mi je poprilicno nezgodno, niti kad imam nekog da me snima niti sam kad pricao u kameru ali vidjecu, mada ne bi lose bilo da se i ti snimis pa da tacku po tacku ispravljamo...

                    DEADLIFT

                    120 x 5
                    160 x 3
                    190 x 2
                    210 x 1
                    230 x 1 (jako loše, jedva ovo izvukao jer sam se nesto glupirao sa sipkom i izgubio sav tightness na set-upu)
                    245 x 3 (PR) - po planu

                    poslije toga good morningsi vratilo i lat pulldowns

                    komentar: dobro je...malo sam spavao, isao na neki izlet jutros tako da sam bio poprilicno umoran na treningu ali eto nije lose na kraju

                    IDEMO DALJE - jos samo jedan ozbiljan deadlift day me ceka

                        ne, ali to je u biti to...imam ''mentora'' koji se dere na mene pa nisam htio staviti slusalice -eh sad, prisao sam sipki nekako polu-pospan penzionerski i kad sam je uhvatio vidio da nije to to -i onda ko biva da spasim situaciju na kraju malo je yank-am i uradim tu gresku ^^

                          poslije toga log press i face pulls



                          komentar: smoren dosao na trening, za faks morao igrati malo odbojke i odmah poslije toga dosao na trening, ali eto - fino bench odradio mada nisam imao snage/volje da mrcvarim puno radnih serija
