Nisam ja cvilio kad nisam noge radio kako treba pa vas kuzim
Sjecam se kako su neki iskusni decki tada pisali da ih se tako reci treba iznositi iz teretane poslije treninga nogu a ja ono hm, jos i ramena frik odradim, bas sam napredan....
Polako... ako nastavite (pocnete) trenirati biti ce vam jasno sve, jos ste n035.gif

samo cu ostavit svoj trening nogu koji sam zavrsio prije 40 min (kilaze i cilj za naredni put)
• Pressing Power Movement: front Squats
3 x 5 120 kila, pojacaj
• Assistance pressing movement: leg press
2 x 10 reps – 300 kg, pojacaj
• Assistance extension movement: walking lunges
2 x 12 reps – 28 kg bucice, ostavi
• Assistance pulling movement: Stiff legged deadlifts
3 x 8 reps – 97,5 kg, pojacaj
• Assistance pulling/curling movement: Hamstring curls
2 x 10 reps - 52 kg, pojacaj malo
• Auxiliary calf movement: Standing calf raise
3 sets of 6-10 reps
• Auxiliary calf movement: Seated calf raise
2 sets of 6-10 reps
