                  67x5+...=>1 (boze sacuvaj, ne zasluzujem da se zovem powerlifting entuzijastom -.- ma ne zasluzujem da udjem u teretanu. jbt ne mogu dici 67 pisljivih kila.bolje da predjem odmah na zumbu)

                      nema to veze s programiranjem ili frekvencijom treninga ili sta vec - trebas shvatiti sta je uzrok da ne mozes niti jednom podici 70-80% maxa - i to onda popraviti

                          pa ja kad nabrajam vi kazete da su excuses ko bi s vama...

                          problem je sto se to desava stalno u zadnje vrijeme, kao sto se vidi iz logova. pocelo je 23.5. od onog kad nisam smjela cucnuti 70kg u 1+ seriji. eto od tada sve failanje. sad cemo jos doci do ''nesretnog djetinjstva'' lololololol

                          @dinc nemam pojma, bas imam fluktuacije u tezini i inace, sve zavisi od m ciklusa, nekidan sam imala skoro 70kg a juce 63kg. ma haos

                          @sg ma digla, al jednom, grind...a treba 5 PLUS puta -.-

                            pa sad bih se mogao lahko neko napraviti pametan i reci ''vidis da fitanje ne funkcionise, hajmo malo complex carbs bla bla'' ili ''ne odgovara ti program'' ili tako naci bilo koju stvar ali je ovo po meni prvo psiholoski problem pa onda tek sve ostalo

                            pa eto mozda i muzika, mozda nesto drugo

                            ..bas to sto to traje vec neko vrijeme i jest problem, da je onako jedan dan - sta ces, ''los dan'' ali tebi je konstantna nizbrdica...jos malo i deadlift ces raditi tezinama za biceps - i to da ti najveci ***** na svijetu sastavi program ne bi taj program bio uzrocnik tome - niti ce nesto mijenjati jel ti dignes TM 2,5kg gore ili spustis dole, ili ostavis gdje jest
