    kako budes napredovala bice potrebno da pametnije radis treninge, sad trenutno not so much (to ukljucuje da se prebacis na mentalitet ''do less stupid shit'' sto ukljucuje da prestanes zbog svake sitnice i nervoze u zivotu odstupati od plana i radis na svoju ruku)


    evo ja sinoc jedva 180x3 na DL-u radio, sve od umora odvajanja 250 prije 3 dana - da sam isao dalje i fulio 260 ne bih bio funkcionalan nikako jos nekoliko dana, sigurno...ali dok mi se max DL vrtio oko 150-180 mogao sam fuliti max jedan dan i sutra se vratiti i biti jaci bez ikakvih problema ( i sad vec znam da necu na novi 1RM ici jos 6 sedmica)

      edit: jos nesto: meni se znalo desavati sljedece: idem na 50x10 bubam, izvucem savrseno, osjecam se super, stavim 55x5, super 60x5 super, 70 krenem za max, ne mogu, spustim na 55 ne mogu ni jednom. fak me, right?







      p.s. sto vise citam o zamoru cns-a sve sam gluplja.
      Prvo obrati paznju na kvalitetan obrok prije treninga pa nece bit tolike oscilacije. Takoder po pravilima je kod cura je malo dugacije pase im veci volumen al to nemora bit pravilo i kod tebe i kad radis maks nemoj kopirat sheme nego sto manje serija prije maksiranja. Tipa 3 x 50, 3 x 60, 3 x 65 , 1 x 70. Bez problema cns mozes sprzit i na 12 x 50 ako ti je taj 12 da nemres vise i silujes. Moras shvatit jednu stvar, ne postoji program koji je napravljen za tebe nego ti prilagodavas sebi. Npr. ti radis program 3 serije npr. prva 3 x 48,5 x 48, pa onda napravis 12 x 60. Ocito tebi i tvom tijelu raspored ne odgovara i stresira te velik broj ponavljanja. Zato prilagodis sebi. Ne radis 3 serije nego radis 6 serija. Tipa radis 48 x 3, 55 x 3, 60 x 3, 60 x 3, 60 x 3, 60 x 3. Znaci shema je ista al si ti razdjelila jednu seriju u 4. Ukupni volumen je isti sto je jedino bitno. I tebi je cilj u te 4 prave radne serije postic 12 ponavljanja. Ako si to uspjela sljedeci trening ides na 62.5 i radis opet 4 serije ista shema. Bit je igre je ti mozes i vise napravit al stanes jer je tvoj cns tako programiran i odmoris 2 minute npr izmedu serije i ides na sljedecu kad si opet spremna za ta 3 ponavljanja. Poprilicno sam siguran da bi to tebi vise odgovaralo iz tvojih postova, a i tvog nacina razmisljanja, a opet pratis program i pratis napredak. Kad ides maksirat opet drzis svoju shemu po 3 ponavljanja samo ne radis 4 radne serije nego kak sam napisao prije. Probaj ovo i mislim da ces rjesit problem. Takoder pratis koji dio pokreta ti je najslabiji i fokusiraj se na dodatne vjezbe da ojacas bas to, ignoriraj ovo sto pise da moras bas tu i tu vjezbu nakon. Nemoras ti nista, nego radis ono sto ce ti dat progress na tvoj main lift, tj. ono di vidis da ti steka. Prilagodi sebi i nema tu izgovora sreden zivot i bla bla, nikom nije nis sredeno i imam osobno problema svakakvih nego slozi sama sebi i prilagodi sebi, nema kopiranja, nema shema, postoji samo ono sto tebi odgovara i nista drugo.

                        CYCLE 1, WEEK 3, BP DAY, 5/3/1:

                        20 x 5
                        23 x 3
                        26 x 1+ ... => 20 odlicnih ponavljanja, sa pauzom, sve po ps-u

                        accessory:
                        incline barbell BP 4x10-12 20kg
                        CGBP 3x10 20kg
                        skullcrushers 4x6 18kg
                        triceps na sajli 4x15 sa 25kg
                        probala ''drzati'' 90kg, nisam uspjela
                        planks

                        note: nervira me sto su ovakvi procenti, eto prosli 3+ ciklus sam radila zadnju seriju sa 25, isto 20 ponavljanja.
                        i naravno nervira me sto nisam uspjela ovih 90kg.

                                Hehe, i mene mrzi defkati se Pa opet, opet sam na defki, drugi tjedan..sad sam se već navikla..s time da je defka totalno fleksibilna jer za neke namirnice teško mogu odrediti točne kcal pa ne znam niti jesam li u prevelikom deficitu..pa onda, kad baš ne mogu izdržati pojedem nešto van zacrtanoga..i imala sam na početku neke glavobolje, i spavalo mi se, svašta nešto..ali, evo drugi tjedan je već sve drukčije..uskladila sam sve i ide, i to dobro za sada..malo je problem što mi se tope i neke druge (ključne) ženske osobine..to mi se baš i ne sviđa

                                Zato, sredi prvo glavu..radi ono što ti je važnije..ako ti se ne defka, ti diži Kad čvrsto odlučiš izdefinirati se, sigurna sam da ćeš i to odraditi kako treba..
