    Salu na stranu, falilo ti je dobrih 10cm, to cak i na mobu vidin. Mislin da bi ti malo uzi stav puno bolje odgovara...

    Cvrstina ledja odlicna, brzina isto. Skroz dobro. Malo jos na dubini poradi i to je to. Morat cu ovo pogledat sutra na kompu.

    P.S. Momci se sigurno tuku za misto spottera.

            CYCLE 1, WEEK 3, OHP DAY, 5/3/1:

            16x5
            18x3
            20x1+ ... => 10 (al forma niđe veze)
            ovo su više bila olimpijska dizanja nego ohp lol jer nisam mogla sa stalka nego sa poda

            acc:
            paused bp 24kg 3-4 x 10
            CGBP 24kg 3 x 10
            dips na kontrateg spravi [opterecenje 50kg] 3x10
            face pulls 25kg 3x15
            side raises db 4kg 4x15

            bzvz trening, otišla sam samo jer moram...

            moram skinuti nokte definitivno, smetaju mi podobro..druga stvar, imala sam velikih problema sa tehnikom kod BP-a, nekako nije bio dobar osjećaj
            1-nikako most kako valja dammit
            2-stopalo izgleda mi bolje odg odignuto
            3-bol u zglobu desne šake, zato što ne guram 'dnom' dlana kako bi bilo pravilno, nego sredinom

                  motivacija za danas........ovo što priča na početku.....imam DL 1+ dan danas, jednostavno moram probati 1x100, mnogo sam loše danas (pshički), prepuna negative.

                  plan je: zadnja 60x1+ ... =>10, onda 80x1 90x1 i 100x1

                    jbg..plan je bio maxirati na dl-u, medjutim nisam, otisla sa drugaricom liftericom malo onako, da se zezamo... trening trajao 3 SATA lol
                    (jeli smo palacinke poslije )

                    ja mislila ici ce 1x80 ko od sale, aha rajt.

                      jedna razlika izmedju zena i muskaraca kod treninga je sto vi kako se priblizavate 1RM drasticno smanjivate broj ponavljanja koje mozete raditi (generalno, ne sve ali bar vecina) tako da dok neki muskarac sa 80% uradi ''samo'' 6 ponavljanja vi sa 80% mozete uraditi 12 - ali cim na tih 80% dodas jos 10% taj broj se vec smanji na 2-3

                      tako da ne znam da li za racunice tih svojih mogucih laganih one rep maxova (tipa ovih 100kg danas) koristis neki kalkulator ili slicno, ali ako da - nemoj se oslanjati na to puno, sumnjam da ce ti dati dobru ideju onoga sto mozes

                        mogao si to i ranije nekad..da, kalkulator..ok hvala

                        znaci ja ako uradim npr 60x10, ne mogu ni 80 x 1..? pa da, preveliki je to skok, PRIMJETILA* sam..bolje da sam ubacila onda npr 70x5 pa 75x3 i tako...al jbg gledala sam kod vas kako vi..i cucanj sam skocila na 1x90 sa 60x10na zadnjem, pa sam zato mislila....

                          mislim ne mora nuzno biti tacno ali ono, djevojke bolje podnose high volume/low intensity ... jednom kad krenu povecavati intensity ''ocekivane'' brojke se generalno smanjuju

                          ima tu varijacija i medju muskarcima i zenama(zato ne rade za svakog isto programi koji ti daju odredjene postotke za dizanje)

                            A missed DL max attempt can completely obliterate your chances at heavy pulling for a month or more afterwards.

                              Samo jedan savjet. Daj se prestani opeterecivat sa tim gdje sta pise i slicno. Radi program i kad osjetis da mozes i da si taj dan maksimalno odmorna onda probaj max kilazu. Nit smo svi isti, nit su nam svi dani isti, nit se osjecamo isto svaki dan isto, nit je taj koji je to pisao pisao samo za tebe. Tako da ne opterecuj se, hrani se kvalitetno i gledaj da si bolja iz treninga u trening u broju ponavljanja i povecavanju tezine i treniraj na 70 - 80 posto od maksimuma na veci broj ponavljanja i tako polagano pomjeras tezinu i broj ponavljanja i rezultati ce doci. Kad vidis da napredujes i kad budes taj dan odmorna i na zagrijavanju fino odradis onda probaj maksimum. Nemoj nis planirat tad i tad moram maksirat inace ovo ono.... To tak ne funkcionira jer nismo strojevi. Tezi da napredujes iz treninga u trening i ubaci kvalitetne obroke prije treninga, a ne hrpu slatkisa od kojih nemas energije u pola treninga i samo uzivaj i rezultati ce doci.

                                fin je to post..fino to sve zvuci..al ne ide mi bas tako lako i malo ko to moze razumjeti. ja bih najvise voljela da se moj trening sastoji od par trica i keceva. u takvom sam trenutno mindsetu, opet kazem, ne moze svako skontati zasto ja to tako.. 20 ponavljanja na izolacijama mi nista ne znaci, pimplanje, pump.....nista..

                                a sto se tice programa i maxiranja, predvidjeno je 1rm nakon svakog ciklusa na jednom liftu. ispucala sam max za ovaj ciklus na squatu, al kao sto rekoh morala sam juce...al samo sam gore napravila


                                nije to bas tako ''jedi, treniraj, spavaj i rezultati ce doci''. jest nekom kome je sve poslozeno fino u zivotu.

                                edit: jos nesto: meni se znalo desavati sljedece: idem na 50x10 bubam, izvucem savrseno, osjecam se super, stavim 55x5, super 60x5 super, 70 krenem za max, ne mogu, spustim na 55 ne mogu ni jednom. fak me, right?







                                p.s. sto vise citam o zamoru cns-a sve sam gluplja.
