    squat rampao do 170, malo bacio rows-e par serija sa 100 kg pa zgibove


    mozda bude i video dosta toga sam snimao

            Meni je potkoljenica redovito krvava od sumo DLa i da mogu, navuka bi carape do prepona...

                  Recite mi moze mala pomoc citao sam nesto nesto gledao na youtube o ovome treningu a pratim vas vec neko vrjeme.

                  Uglavnom odlučio sam na masu neku pa evo imam 4 i nesto jace mjeseca da odradim pa bih ubacio ovaj 5/3/1.

                  Razumio sam da izmjeris RM i zatim kreces radit 3 seta jedan sa 65%, 75% i 85% ???
                  Malo sam ljen malo mi nedostaje vremena . Ako se nekome da neka mi objasni ukratko hvala .

                          prva ''sedmica'': 65 x 5, 75 x i 85 x 5
                          druga ''sedmica'': 70 x 3, 80 x 3, 90 x 3
                          treca sedmica'': 75 x 5, 85 x 3, 95 x 1
                          onda dodajes po 5 kg za cucanj i mrtvo a 2,5 na bench i OHP.....sve je objasnjeno u linku u prvom postu i vecina nejasnih stvari je razjasnjeno u prve dvije stranice teme

                            Hvala na odgovoru sinoc sam nasao tekst na nasem jeziku pa sam mnogo bolje razumio. Ali citajuci nekako sam dobio dojam da to nije najbolja stvar za dobijanje mase a prva mi je masa nakon skidanja onih 37 kg ili mozda grjesim....

                              imas velik volumen, mozes dodavati svakave varijacije super i drop serije na dodatnim vjezbama, imas dovoljnu visoku frekvenciju, radis u svim semama ponavljanja od 1 do 15 u biti....


                              ...i sto je najbitnije podstice napredovanje i pojacan stimulus misica(prog. overload)

                              ..sve sto fali ''za masu'' je prehrana

                                CYCLE 8, WEEK 2, OHP DAY 3+:


                                SET1: 65 X 3
                                SET2: 75 X 3
                                SET3: 85 X 7 + 1 push-press

                                60 x 8 sa duzom pauzom


                                OHP stojeci sa bucicama: 20 x 10, 28 x 8, 28 x 8, 28 x 6

                                ostalo po obicaju letenja za srednje i zadnje rame, face pulls, triceps propadanja i kablovi
