      Bok ekipa, moze li netko napisat svoj sistem povecavanja kilaze kod accessorie vjezba, kad i kako povecavate kilaze i opcenito kojim intezitetom (koliki RPE ?) radite te vjezbe tj serije.......

      Osobno kad sam krenia na ovaj program jos prije 4-5 miseci uglavnon bi mi taj takozvani RPE bia 6 do max 8 kod accesorie vjezbi i diza bi kilazu kad bi u slozenim vjezbama u sve 3 serije napravia 8 ponavljanja a kod izolacijskih u 3 serije po 12.....sad u zadnje vrijeme RPE mi cesto bude i po 9-10 i sve rijeđe napravin extra dodatno ponavljanja po vjezbi u odnosu na prosli trening a kamoli da podignen kilazu....

      BTW one glavne serije napreduju sasvin dobro, npr OHP u 1. ciklusu u 1+ danu san napravia 10 ponavljanja i sad san u 8. ciklusu u 1+ danu napravia 8 .... slicno tako je i u ostale 3 vjezbe

      Malo me sad prca taj accesorie work jer polako pocinjem "udarat u zid" pa da li mozda da napravin de-load il sta vec?

        *htio uraditi smolovski 8x4 ali na petoj seriji je vec bio prevelik grinder zadnje ponavljanje

          Stigao u ZG, sutra u 9 pocinje vaganje i traje do 11. Moja kucna vaga, sa robom i elektronikom nakon cijelog dana, prikazuje 77.5kg.. eh sada, ako uracunamo da necu jesti nista do ujutro, ispraznim se i valjda vaga pokaze tih 75kg hahahah

                Bit ce toroope nemoj pit nista i obavi naravno veliku i malu nuzdu i nebi trebalo biti problema... Ja danas u robi i nakon par obroka imao 100 ravno lol

                    Ona lista što je objavljena na facebooku na događaju, grupe A i B su powerlifting, a C je bench ili će biti samo powerlifting?

                        Ono na fejsu sta je objavljeno su samo grupe kako tko izlazi na platformu. Ja sam prvi u 11 sati(i Kranjec) nakon mene u grupi B je dince oko 14(?) i nakon njega treca grupa u 16.

                            ako budete blizu, u 200-300 grama, uvijek mozete pljunuti to - cisto da znate

                            pripremite zvakace i mozda casu da znate koliko ste ispljuvali (jedna normalna bi bila 200g odprilike)

                                Hahaha, maxi, razmisljao sam o tome da se malo zabavim tamo jer ovako, nemam pojma sta vu raditi



                                @tripleZ - sve je u redu, sredio sam kilazu, 73kg ravno
                                ...samo sada moram i na sluzbanu vagu stati
