        ma hook grip sam ja odavno radio samo ovako drzim +30 kg na njemu i radim vise ponavljanja nego bez krede, pa nije isto

          sve cisto, znacajan napredak uporedjeno s onim 4+1 za mene...

          Incline bench bucice: 24 x 12, 37kg x 10, 37 x 10, 37 x9, 24 x10

          razvlacenja kablovi donji kotur 4 serije

          dips: BW x 10, +20kg x10, +40kg x10, +40kg x8, BW x 25

          letenja u stranu s bucicama, 3 serije sa 2 bucice, 2 serije s jednom bucicom naizmjenicno (ovo volim raditi zbog jos bolje kontrakcije/izolacije)

              front squat: 140 KG x 1 (ne znam je li PR, uglavnom ne sjecam se da sam prije radio ista sa 140 kg samo znam da sam imao 130 x 3-4...poprlicno dobro s obzirom da mjesecima nisam stavio vise od 110 kg na sipku)

              ukupno 20 serija prednjeg cucnja, sto obicnog sto s pauzom - od 1 do 15 ponavljanja

              4 serije bencha i 6 serija za listove

                    e da, za listove sam radio 4 super-serije stojeceg i sjedeceg pa mislim da cu to cesce raditi...

                      komentar: glavne serije malo opale ali zato sve nadoknadio poslije

                      za sutra ili cu imati neki carb-up ili rest day....obaveze su tu, kuci dolazim tek oko 5 a nista vremena necu imati tako da u slucaju da cu trenirati vjerovatno cu unijeti nekih 500g UH prije Deadlifta...

                        komentar: trening pored temperature pa sam malo smanjio volumen....ali sve sto sam radio dobro sam uradio...

                                Komentar: daleko najbolja forma na cucnjevima u zadnje vrijeme, mislim da je jako pomoglo sto sam sa sipkom, 40 i 60kg radio neka ''cimanja'' u donjem polozaju cucnja dok sam se zagrijavao
